There's always time to manage your warranties with Yarraa
Think you don't have the time to manage your warranty needs and issues, even with Yarraa.com? Think again!
It's amazing how much you can learn in those difficult times when there's nothing to do but think. I was reminded of that simple truism earlier this week when I was stranded on a business trip to Long Island. If you're reading this from the New York area, you surely already know why I was stuck out there. A fire near a train station in Queens put the whole system on ice for the whole day - in fact, last I heard, the trouble was going to last a couple of days. I, of course, didn't know the trains were going to be stuck for so long, so when I first got the news that they weren't running, I went bowling and then had lunch, thinking we'd be back in business by the time I was done. Wrong!
I was patient enough to find out about the local bus schedule, and lucky enough to find a bus that led to another bus that led to another bus that led to the subway and ultimately back into the city. But as you've probably guessed (or, if you're a New Yorker or Long Islander, you know), it was quite a long day for me! It happens to all of us sooner or later, and for some of us, it's a fairly average commute. At a time like that, it helps to have something to keep you busy and keep your mind off the long trip home!
And that's where Yarraa comes in. Maybe you've been meaning to check on the warranty for that television set that's been acting up - you think it's still covered, but you haven't gotten around to looking it up. Or you know it's still covered, but you're not sure where the nearest service center is or how best to get a service appointment. What about that brand new iPhone of yours - didn't you mean to buy a warranty extension? Maybe you also wanted to submit a customer review for both of them.
With Yarraa now available on your iPhone and anywhere you have WiFi access, you can do all that anytime, anywhere, in those moments when you think there's nothing to do. Have a long wait for a bus and a longer ride on a bus, like I did the other day? Make it productive! Get all your after-purchase needs out of the way while you're on the go. Then you can concentrate on what your work when you get to the office, and your family when you get home. And you just might find the long wait less tiring and tedious when you get something done while you wait! I know I did.

Yarraa: The Easy Alternative
It’s not easy to keep track of all the paperwork that accompanies your purchases. But when something needs to be repaired, the warranty is of no benefit without the paperwork. When my digital camera stopped working recently, I scrambled around my house in search of the receipt. With no luck, I went to the manufacturer’s website anyway. After a half hour of searching the website and entering information, I was able to print out a form to mail along with the camera. The form reminded me I must also submit proof of purchase if the camera is under warranty. I then remembered since I’d purchased the camera on-line, I could log on to my account and print out a receipt. But without this backup plan, the warranty would’ve been useless.
Although I received my camera as good as new, there is an easier way to keep track of all your purchases and expedite warranty repairs. Through the website www.yarraa.com, you can store all the information you need for your purchases and keep track of each warranty. Thanks to Yarraa, you won’t have to sit at your kitchen table for hours with folders of paperwork sprawled out before you. Yarraa also helps you find a service center close to you when you need an item repaired.

Save Time and Sanity with Yarraa
We’ve all been there: on the phone with an 800 number, on hold, waiting to get something fixed while trying to make dinner, wash dishes, or get something else done. Instead of streamlining your life, customer-service numbers often suck time away from it. Next time you need an appliance or tech gadget serviced, just use your Yarraa account.
After you’ve added the product that needs to be serviced, click on it. You’ll see a "Service Request" tab at the top. After filling out the requested information (including a short description of the problem), Yarraa will provide you with a list of service centers near you that can help. You can then drop off the product, mail it in, or (in some cases) even arrange for someone to come pick it up! Manage your service request on your own time—no more waiting on hold while garbled Muzak plays in the background.

Need to send that computer somewhere? Yarraa can help!
We're delighted to announce the latest addition to our array of after-purchase solutions: shipping with UPS!
Every now and then, even if your warranty information is in order and you've been able to get in touch with the right service center, you're going to need help with shipping. Some brands and repair companies only offer shipping in and out of certain areas. Some don't offer shipping services at all. Some will charge you extra if you use their shipping services, or maybe they won't cooperate with you on picking up or delivering the item when and where you want. You have better things to do than wait for a pickup from a service that only tells you they'll be there "sometime on Thursday," especially when you're already in a hurry to get your computer, television, hand phone or DVD player fixed!
And so do we. That's why we teamed up with UPS. With over a century's experience in shipping almost anything - and doing it carefully, efficiently and affordably - UPS has the shipping solution for you, and for the right price. And you can purchase that solution directly through Yarraa.com. Just click on "ship it" for the item you want to send, and answer a few simple questions about what it is and where it's going, and UPS will take care of the rest! You can even select the time of day you want them to come pick it up. It couldn't be any easier. And we at Yarraa wouldn't have it any other way!

Simple and Free: That's Why I Like Yarraa!
I was interested in using YARRAA because it seemed like a smart idea to start keeping track of my purchases and the warranties that come along with those purchases. Now that I’ve started using YARRAA, I’ve discovered that there are two basic reasons that I like using the system. The first reason is that the system is really simple to use. The second reason is that it’s free to use this system.
The main thing that I like about YARRAA so far is that it’s really easy to use. The dashboard is user-friendly and highly intuitive. I can easily tell what’s going on with my products and when warranties are going to expire. It’s also really easy to enter the information when I purchase a new product. In fact, since some of the companies that I buy from are already linked in with YARRAA, a lot of my purchases are entered practically automatically when I buy them!
Would I pay for this service? Maybe but I really like the fact that I don’t have to. Like everyone else during this recession, I’m trying to cut back on my spending. I’m still making purchases but I’m trying to be careful about keeping my costs as low as possible. I love the fact that YARRAA gives me a free way to keep all of the information about those frugal purchases organized and up-to-date.
Of course, I like the function of YARRAA. I like the purpose that it serves in helping me to stay organized with my purchases. But I’m sure that there are other services out there that could do at least a little bit of that for me. The reason that I choose YARRAA over other options is because it’s so easy to use and it doesn’t cost me anything to use it!

Yarraa takes away the hassle!
Yarraa takes the hassle out of staying in touch with the companies that make the products we need. Consumers can easily contact manufacturer representatives and service center personnel if there’s ever a problem with the products they’ve purchased and make arrangements to have the item either repaired or replaced. And the best part of the whole thing is that the Yarraa site makes it so easy to keep track of the whole process. Yarraa helps customers and manufacturers stay in close contact, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening with your product during any replacement or repair process. By keeping all your warranty and manufacturer contact information current, Yarraa makes it easy to have your products quickly serviced and back into your home or office.

It's better than that drawer you keep your receipts in!
The way I kept track of warranties, receipts, and invoices was by storing them in a drawer, but despite doing this there was always one or two that would disappear. When one of our printers broke down there was a mad search for the paperwork and this was so time consuming. Plus, the warranty and receipt was never found for the printer.
Luckily, I discovered Yarraa and now I can put all of my information for my appliances, televisions, cameras, etc. in one place on the handy FREE Yarraa website. Signing up for a Yarraa account was simple, I just had to put in my name, email address, and country, state and city I reside in. This only took a few minutes and instantly I had a Yarraa account.

Remember where your receipts are?
In a time where there's a push to become paperless, why is it that we have to hang on to receipts or warranty information? If you're anything like me, you don't keep them organized in a superior filing system. You have receipts in sock drawers and product registration cards that end up in the recycling bin with the original packaging. Sure enough, when your electronics and appliances go on the blink, you're asked to provide information that you have no idea where it is. Don't even ask me to find the elusive serial number on my cell phone.
That's where Yarraa steps in to make our lives a lot simpler and stress free. This effective online service uses a concept called "reverse logistics" to make it easier to keep a record of purchases - and the ability to access them when needed. Taking product information that is inputted by the purchaser on the website, and carrying it back to where the product came from in advance, makes a product replacement or repair process easy and fast - for both you and the CSR on the other end of the phone.
This painless process is also evident in the usability of Yarraa's online service with its crystal clear instructions. After watching the demo tour, you get an immediate sense of Yarra's philosophy - keeping things simple. Taking a few minutes to sign up for a free account and registering your products saves you time and frustration down the road when you're asked to find a serial number that is never in an obvious place.

Today I discovered Yarraa
Today I discovered Yarraa.com. If you haven't heard of YARRAA, you are probably wondering what it is. Before browsing their site, I was curious myself. So, I have taken it upon myself to give you some general information on YARRAA. I think it is a fantastic idea, and hope that you will find is useful as well!
YARRAA is described as, "your after-sales whiz." You can use it to manage all of your after-sales needs for your household and office items. You can even use it to keep track of things you have bought previously to using YARRAA.
You start by entering product information. You can enter things like: serial number, brand name, model number, type of item, and date and location of purchase. You also have the chance to add more information, and be as specific as possible. You can even upload copies of your invoice, warranty policy, and receipt!
After you finish entering all of your product information, it will make your life a lot easier if you ever need any of these products serviced. If something happens to one of your products, you can simply select the product in YARRAA, and there will be a "Services Request" tab for you to click. It will show you different service centers, and all you have to do submit a brief explanation of the problem you are having. Then, you can take your product to the service center to have it repaired. You will no longer have to argue with customer service over the telephone about receipts or warranties!
Another great thing about YARRAA is that it keeps track of all your product warranties. This is very useful because it helps to keep you aware of which of your products still have valid warranties, and which warranties have expired. YARRAA has a "Warranty Alert" tab where you can display all of your items, those expiring in less than a year, those expiring in less a month, or those that have already expired. YARRAA is also working on making it possible for you to extend your warranties using their service!
YARRAA is very useful service, and even better, it's free! I know I always have a hard time keeping track of receipts and warranties, and I usually end up needing them. Especially for expensive things like laptops and digital cameras! Do not end up paying full price to get your products repaired, or buying new ones because you cannot find your receipts or warranties. Save your time and money! Use YARRAA!

Paperless, wireless and effortless!
These days, just about everything we do is paperless, wireless and as effortless as possible. This is the consumer culture we’ve become accustomed to and many of us are constantly on the lookout for anything that helps to keep that dynamic in check. This is why the yarraa.com site is so amazing. Created just to help disorganized people like me keep track of those receipts, warranties and other various forms of paperwork, the yarraa.com site serves as a virtual in-box of sorts for these types of transactions.
The site is completely easy to use and just as you are deciding that maybe you have no use for a site like this, you watch the video and discover that you do indeed have a need for; this is exactly what happened to me. The video talked about things I hadn’t thought of, such as the sale receipt I meant to keep in the event that I wanted to return a new photo printer I had purchase (I did and I lost the receipt and could not return it) or the time I had a warranty on a new car battery and thought I still had it only to discover it had run out months before. I discovered this, of course, once the battery had died. The video was informative and explained uses for the site; I like this because there is nothing worse than a Web site that I don’t understand or don’t know how to use. Even better was the fact that I didn’t have to sit through the entire thing, instead I chose from the scenes at the bottom and got a super short explanatory clip.
Sites like yarraa.com serve to make the lives of people like me easier because it gives us less to think about. After all, there is enough to manage between work schedules, after-work appointments, grocery shopping, bill paying and more. With all of this, I can’t possibly be bothered to keep up with a piddly receipt from the store that I just stuffed in my purse to throw away later?! Now, just like everything else I do, I can enter it online and forget about until I get a reminder from my computer telling me what to do and when. This is my idea of organized bliss...

A Great Surprise
I had no idea that home management and technology have the propensity to merge into one - not until my colleague introduced me to register to Yarraa. I am so amazed by the idea that a user-friendly and enormously valuable product is freely offered. It is a relief that after a day's work and shopping, I would just sit back and relax and no longer be compelled to do the tremendously tedious task of filing product warranties and storing an inventory of serial numbers since Yarraa has outstanding features of huge storage space and easy management combined with a simple and commendable user interface.

Yarraa offers more than you think
When I first heard about Yarraa.com I thought that it was going to be a waste of my time. I thought, “why does anyone need a website to help them remember their warranties or when to get their products serviced?” This is when I realized that I didn't know when any of my electronics (my TV, laptop, or even the blender I received for Christmas) warranties expired. Needless to say the majority of my products were no longer covered under the plan that was included when I got these things. Had I known about Yarraa.com before, I would have been able to use my warranties rather than just assume I'm covered indefinitely.
